Cultivate is a management consultant firm that uses design thinking methods to help businesses deliver an enchanting customer experience. As a co-founder of Cultivate, I took on designing the website with the goal of increasing leads.

Research
I started the design process by interviewing small business owners to understand how to best market our services to them through our website. I then did a heuristic review of other small business constant websites to understand the approaches of our competitors.
Design
Based on my research, the website design was aimed towards highlighting Cultivate's design-thinking approach problem-solving for small businesses.
As well, the design included information about our previous clients and projects to build trust and multiple ways to build connections with potential clients, including blog content, a free email newsletter, and offering a free consultancy meeting for a limited-time.
